Resuming partial downloads in Linux

wget is the simplest. I’m now a fan..

From the folder where your partial file resides:

wget -c originalurl[/code]

Curl seems more complex, and requires some amount of piping:

cat file-that-failed-to-download.zip | curl -C - http://www.somewhere.com/file-I-want-to-download.zip >successfully-downloaded.zip[/code]
